I know a girl that worked at capelli for two years and she said she had to clean the bosses house all the time instead of doing in salon stuff and that she was scummy and used to leave sanitary items all over the back bench where they made their lunch and clients coffees. I know for a fact that all blonding products were budget as and so was shampoos and conditioners. I have heard so many horror stories from people that went to her and she has not done what they have asked for. all the other girls that worked there were awsome.just the boss has major issues.
