The order was lost, money wasn’t returned for a long time
A few months ago I filled a virtual shopping cart with goods and placed an order. Since some of the purchases were to appear in the warehouse only a few days later, I agreed that my order would be generated when all purchases were available. I like to solve all the issues at once, so I paid for everything that was in my basket. Then the problems began, since my parcel arrived with a long delay (instead of 3–5 days it took more than 2 weeks), I expected to receive all the goods. But it turned out that about 30% of my purchases weren’t in this box. I contacted the technical support service to find out when I would receive the second package with the ordered things, but it turned out that no one was planning to send anything to me. I corresponded for a long time with various specialists from the online store until, finally, they admitted that they simply forgot to send part of my order (which was not in stock). It’s good that my order wasn’t urgent, so I agreed to have the second part of the goods sent to me.
