I purchased shoes at Ali Express on March 22, 2021 and I was very excited that I would use it for my cycling the whole summer. Today, June 3, 2021 and it is already rainy season, the shoes have not arrived yet! I opened dispute last May 24, 2021 and they said that negotiations with the Seller are still ongoing! I followed up with my case everyday because I can't use my road bike without having that cycling shoes. Aside from the shoes is really costly that I needed to get the money to buy from better Online platform like Lazada. According to Ali Express, I need to wait for another 20 business days for the refund to take place. This is really frustrating and disappointing that I waited for a very long time and now I still need to wait for another 20 business days just to get my money. This company should not be in existence as they do not provide customers satisfaction and do not create happy community. They are not helping building a better world.
