They offered pre-approved credit card for me. I applied and it was approved. However, the credit card had never delivered to me and they issued my wrong home address and I had no idea where they got that address from so I made change 3 times already. As the ast time, I tried to close the account and request for the refund I already paid for the payment they asked without having me received the card, and the supervisor I spoke named Rondell was extremely rude and unprofessional saying my account has been closed and just put me to his high supervisor so I can just leave a voice message without letting me know. I called 2 more time after that and they automatically put me to leave a voice message. This is the most unpleasant customer service ever in my life with credit card or any business. I am myself a manager for a clinical office and I know how things work but this is beyond. They are so unprofessional and I can tell they play with you for money. Just left a voice message to one of their managers. Hopfully the person can get back to me soon. Never recommend for this Merrick Bank service. Very disappointed.
