I was trying to set the appointment up with the mortgage officer with the bank. I have a checking account and a savings account with them and thought I would get the details from them on mortgage rates and my chances as they have known me for years. First, the manager on the phone told me they have a designated mortgage officer who is attached to my area and that I must talk with him. After I left my number for him to call me, I waited for a week, with no missed calls from him. I called the branch again and asked for his personal cell phone number arguing that he was not calling me. They refused to share his personal mobile number and said that they will ask him to call me again. Now I am waiting for yet another week and still no call.
