The more I deal with them, the more angry I become

The more I deal with Cymax, the more mad I get. They take an order, then put in a different order with whichever manufacturer it is...then they rely on THAT manufacturer to set up drop shipping with ANOTHER company. THe only company you have any idea you are working with is the first one (Cymax) and they have DONE AWAY WITH THEIR IN PERSON CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Their email "customer support" only responds to one of your emails per day; which only has generic information like "we've reached out to the manufacturer to begin the return process". No recourse. They are earning interest on MY MONEY in their delay to refund me.
