The money I added to my account is not there. Shows I have a balance of $0.00

I added $20.00 to my account from my debit card and it even came out of my bank account. And my mother in law added the same to my account and it came out of her bank account as well. Well when I log into my securus app or call the customer service number, it says I have a balance of $0.00. and at 3pm when I called, it says the last time I received a call from the facility was today the same day at 4:55pm. Please help.
