A few times Ive when in and asked a question about a product and hes very short and snotty. When I went to return a few items he really had a bad attitude and said, You have your receipt ? I didnt , so he said well Ill take them this time only and you dont get cash only exchange. I knew that and that was fine . Just the way he acts and talks is very rude . Because you overbuy on some items you have to be treated like that if you want to exchange for other things you can use??? I wont be going to that store ever again!!! User's recommendation: Maybe he should take a course in customer service and Anger management and manners.
