I returned this item to there manufacturing facility per Keen & Social's instructions. I have been waiting for a refund from them since Oct 2017. I have made numerous numerous attempts to con5act them even filing a complaint with their area Better Business Bureau, and they have made 2 attempts to contact them as well with no response. On Keen & Social's website they have themselves listed with the bbb accredaccreditation but that is false! The bbb told me so. They are putting false info to lead you to believe they are a credible co! In fact they have an "F" rating with the BBB, that's how bad they are with at least 13 complaints being filed with the BBB towards them!
