I have been using the Curology product for over a year and it has helped me a lot. However, on 11/18 I received an invoice for the next shipment of the product and received an email telling me it had been shipped. However, when I click on the shipment tracking link, for the past few weeks, the UPS website has only indicated that the order has been received. In my Curologia account it says the expected delivery date is 2/12, but it is already 10/12 and there is no update. I sent 7 very good emails every day for a week asking for an update, but received no response other than an automated confirmation that the emails had been received. I don't know what has changed at Curology, but I'm very disappointed and don't agree to pay for a product I never received.
