Went in with nice hair,I wanted a short crop as I usually have.The stylus said he'd been trained by Vidal Sassoon. 15 mins later he told me he was done.my hair was a mess.not styled.and a huge chunk missing from my now very uneven fringe. He said it was like that when I came in!!! Wtf?? £40 for the pleasure of wrecking my hair. I feel a total mess and feel embarrassed about going out anywhere. One word...crap!
