I placed my order on Nykaa. To avoid contact I payed through Paytm 3657 rupees to Ankitkumar Patel, but he said that he didn't receive any message from the bank so won't give me the parcel, while I received the confirmation from my account that the payment is done, but still I waited & called him in the evening but he started saying that he has closed his saying *** like he has account on which I payed & won't give me my money or even the parcel. Either give me my money back or the parcel.
