I have answered your survey questions for several years and have been complaining about the restroom, it only gets worst. I don't know if anyone really reads the surveys. The soap dispenser has been changed and the toilet paper holder has been replaced now the paper isn't on the floor. No one seems to clean the restroom. I usually, have to use the restroom it is hard to believe it can be that dirty in a place that has drugs and people that are sick that use the room. The floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The top of the trash can looks like it's been kept outside, it is so dirty. Under the toilet seat is so dirty where it connects to the toilet. I have seen workers come out of there and cannot believe they use it. It is a disgusting room. I don't know how to send pictures from my phone of this awful room. I may learn just to send you pictures of this dirty room. User's recommendation: Don't use the rest room. How clean is the rest of the store?
