The cord on my led mask has a small tier in it

I am very dissatisfied with the way this company manage business First of all is pretty much imposible to talk to anyone over the phone. I reached them via email explaining that my mask came defective on the cord that is attached to the face mask. I was pleased when I got an answer but it wasnt what I expected, basically the message was to ask me again if the cord that was damaged was the charger so they could send another one I sent a picture and another email and until now I havent received any response Very upset with the whole situation. User's recommendation: Be aware that is very difficult to get in touch with anybody.
