i used this company for the first time to winterize my boat at the end of the 2015 season and then to launch in 2016. Ralph seemed like an affable knowledgeable mechanic. He came referred by a local marine store. I had planned on winterizing my boat with the boatyard with whom I had a good experience the prior season. Ralph indicated that he could do it for less and keep the boat in Stamford. To say that Ralph's work performance has been nothing short of a disaster is an understatement. While I have paid this man on time, the guy has proven to be highly unreliable, doesn't keep his word, does not return phone calls in timely fashion and customer service is very poor. I've since learned things that make me seriously question the work product as well. I would never recommend this guy to anyone.
