I opened my account today, and it looks like I will become their loyal customer. I chose this bank for their rates, but I still had certain doubts on my way to their branch in the morning. You know I heard some complaints about them from my partners and clients. However, when I met my new personal banker, all my doubts were gone. I should say she managed to make a good showing. I had a dozen questions and she answered all of them without a moment’s hesitation in simple words. I was impressed. Also, she looks like an agreeable person and that is equally important for me. I use banking services every single day and I do not want to deal with rude or incompetent bank staff. In fact, the only minus I noticed was long lines in the lobby. Two of their ATMs were broken, customers in the lines were a bit nervous.
