I usually do not write reviews, but I was appaled to read some of the previous reviews about Bright Now Dental in Federal Way.I have been a client with Bright Now Dental in Federal Way since they opened in 07They have been nothing but nice to me and my three kids. They are very amxious seeing a dentist but when we go to the clinic, we are treated with such kindness and understanding that they've almost become part of my family, starting with the receptionist that checks us in to the dentist that always takes his time to work with the kids through their anxiety and the check up. As far as being overcharged, ON THE CONTRARY! The manager always tries to make sure that we are charged correctly and assist us in anyway needed. They are always able to explain what I am being charged for and why. I would NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE for my families' dental needs.
