The bank took over a loan that I had with The federal Savings Bank and never sent me payment book to the correct address for over 3 months. And never got in touch with me. My FICO score went from 810 to 690 and several credit cards got canceled. Now after getting off the phone with these terrible people and paying over $4,000 dollars to bring the loan current their representative said they could DO NOTHING to correct my credit report. This bank has TERRIBLE customer relations and their phone skills are lacking. If I could move my loan to a better bank I would not hesitate. User's recommendation: Do not do business with this bank unless you have to.
