The adjustable part of bed quit working on one side

one side of our split king adjustable bed has quit working. I have tried to change the batteries but haven't had any luck. Also my husband said his side of the bed is starting to sag in the middle. We have had the bed since 2014. may be in John Barrons name. order 32448 (2) Craftmatic sleep systems 39x80 transaction id 651101**** User's recommendation: I Love Love Love my Bed.
