Thats how they react to my complain

Don’t worry then your details are going online Search your name in 3 days in google *** those are the words of their "customer service". It explains a lot about their notion of service so be very aware. I patiently waited for them to fix the broken watch they sent, paid for shipping and politely explained that the watch they sent was still not working. they replied that the problem was I since apparently I didnt know how to wind up a AUTOMATIC watch !!!!??? I decided to post my complain in pissed consumer and forwarded to them. thats their reply to my email
