That was a lame experience.
I’ve been very disappointed with the service lately. The products became worse, the attitude to the customers has changed for no specific reasons, and the price tags have risen. Of course, I accept the fact that the crisis can affect the sales and the overall income, but I’m not ready to accept the altered attitude to the clients. It’s almost impossible to get in touch with the online management, and staff has become less friendly than usual. But I’m still giving the store a chance because I’ve been a huge fan of it grills for many years.
