I have had Ford Credit for more then 18 years. Hung with them when you could not lease because of issues they were having at the time. The worst possible events all happen in one year to me. My father had unexpectedly passed away and I had suffered a life changing injury and fell behind on my payments. I had hardly drove the vehicle and made the foolish mistake of extending my lease in the hopes I would get better to drive. I was told they would work with me I was 2.5 months behind and in the middle of the evening with only four payments left they repossessed my car and took everything in it. Asking to get my items that I was wheel chair bound they refused and sold my car for profit and took all my items in my vehicle and then sued me for an additional$ 5000.00 . My car salesmen a wonderful human who sold me over 20 vehicles and leases even tried to call on my behalf. They refused.... So I encourage anyone reading this to not drive FORD and to beware of FORD CREDIT services.
