Just want to say a big thank you to the lady optician who saw me last Friday, her quick actions meant that she contacted Stoke Mandeville hospital that day and following that I was called in. The end result was an operation on my eye this week and am now recovering at home. I am sorry I do not know her name but consider her actions were a credit to Boots and should be recognised. Not only did she respond to the issue she found, but she also rang me up to check that the hospital had contacted me, I feel a debt of gratitude to this lady for identifying a problem and responding to it in a speedy manner, please pass on my thanks to her and well done to Boots for having such careing staff, which is rare these days.
