Places an order 3/1/20 that included a test kit. Item shipped had expired chemicals. Sent pictures showing chemicals were expired, and they agreed to send out another kit. Got that kit 2 weeks later with expired chemicals. Have been waiting nearly 3 months to get a reliable kit or my money back. Talked today and was told for the second time in two weeks that I would be refunded but will have to wait another week. Horrible customer service.
