Terrible unprofessional rude

I ordered a highlighter 27th of may for my birthday in june and was supposed to take up to 7 days for delivery.I heard nothing for almost 3 weeks and tonnes of emails so i commented on their fb page and a few days later received a refund in my paypal.I was very confused so i emailed and was told in reply my address was incorrect so they sent refund.I checked the address and it was correct so i dont know why they did sent refund.Also, they didnt refund the cost of delivery only the items cost which i am furious about as it was their mistake.Since then i have sent at least 10 emails and they have ignored every one.I am so angry that they treat customers this way.My advice avoid them at all cost!
