Terrible support and bad business

I have upgraded from Ancestry's offer and cannot use any features. This is going on a year with no response. I have sent 30-40 emails and called their phone number with absolutely no response. I have asked for a refund and no response. I am pissed. I don't know what anyone has to to to get their attention but obviously I don't seem to matter to them. What good is a phone number for customer service if they do not answer or have the decency to call back. Ancestry can't seem to do anything. But I should at least get my money back for the upgrade that doesn't work. I don't know where this email is going but I do hope it will get this company to remember who pays their bills.
