They say they’re collecting on behalf of my previous bank. That bank sent me statements yesterday to confirm they do not use Collectors and especially not NCB.

I’m being scammed

They say they’re collecting on behalf of my old bank and the bank said they do not use collections and certainly not NCB. I just stopped my auto draft bc it’s NOT collecting for my old bank and they’re saying to the credit bureaus “on behalf of “”bank””that’s fraudulent verbiage.
