Terrible store with terrible people

They can’t even remember their lies, luckily we recorded our conversations, even in the store. We have 2 people telling us 2 different stories. Waiting for replacement mattresses for 2 months. After they told us “Memphis has to approve replacement for mattresses” this is not true by the way. We waited all day for the scheduled delivery and they did not get the delivery right. When I called the first thing the guy said who told did we get the information from? Not how can they get this resolved. Managers are never in and they leave the heavy lifting to the the store clerks. If you review BBB, Royal Furniture is not a member, they have multiple issues in every market they are in. Buy mattresses from mattress stores not furniture stores especially Royal Furniture.
