Terrible service, refusal to cover device

I lost my phone a week. Couldn't register the loss at first because their system kept insisting I use the service-request web page, which wouldn't load on three different laptops and browsers. First they told me my request was approved. Then the replacement was held up because "the payment for the fee was pending." Then they told me my request was denied because I had "misled" them. Useless and time wasting.on't pay for Birhtstar.D User's recommendation: Don't pay for Brightstar.
