Terrible Service – LG Microwave

We purchased an LG Microwave on 7/10/19 SKU# 1001-63*-***. In April of 2021 it stopped working. Tried calling the customer service number at 1 80* ***-**** and after 14-17 minutes on 3 different occasions the call was answered and then immediately hung up. Home Depot (original purchase location) told # is an overseas # and the hangup is nothing new. They gave me 1 86* ***-****. I called the new number and waited 24 minutes. Got to speak to Brian who told me I needed to speak to someone else and started the process over. This is a JOKE. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY LG! Whirlpool has better customer service, they actually answer the phone.
