Refusing to cash checks made in my business name because they dont have my business info. Tech support was useless and usually took more than an hour to get through, when I would get connected none of them knew what was going on or they gave incorrect info on what I needed and my checks still were declined. I highly recommend you avoid this company User's recommendation: DO NOT USE INGO MONEY SERVICES.
