Terrible service and dirty room

This is the worse experience in customer service i have ever had. I booked 4 rooms and the hotel was given credit card information to pay the hotel. They were not to charge the people working for me. They did charge one of them knowing they had a credit card on file. I called andStaSt User's recommendation: Do not stay here. No one can fix a problem.
