Terrible return policy/customer service

I purchased 2 lounge chairs, paid a very high shipping cost and when received they were just too bulky. I was told by the rudest customer service rep that it wasnt a company flaw therefore I had to pay for shipping back. Both shipping to and back would cost more than the chairs!!!! Do yourself a favor, go to Overstock with free shipping!!!!!! RIP OFF!
