Terrible quality of flowers. For my moms 80th birthday, a friend ordered her a dozen long stem white roses. She wanted them in bud form so they would open the next day on my moms birthday. She asked that they be delivered in a box. What my mom received was 12 pink roses, in plastic wrap, with a couple of the roses fully open, one of them brown, and one of them with pedals already falling off. When we called to complain, they gave my moms friend a $10 credit. A credit that will never be used. Very disappointing. User's recommendation: Find a better flower provider.
