Order an Apple product to be delivered within two hours, Apple picked you as a career service. Driver drove by my address and never stop by and posted it as a delivery package. The claim was done through Apple and your company but when I call your company Postmates/Uber I was asked to give the Apple phone number which I did and confirm. Your customer service representative told me this was a chicken fil'aphone number which was not true. Was not able to track your driver and didn't help me at all. Terrible customer service User's recommendation: Never order an Apple product for same-day delivery it's going to get lost or stolen.
