Terrible order fulfillment

Ordering coffee through Nespresso is like playing the lottery. You might get lucky and have coffee delivered on time, but typically not. Forget tracking and customer service..non-existent. Last few orders were either weeks late or never arrived..had to challenge the charges on my credit card to get refund. Drinking coffee should be relaxing, not a hassle. User's recommendation: Amazon delivers most pods in 2 days.
