Got a Dell laptop for my birthday never worked right. Was always freezing up and then just stopped working. Can not get it to turn on at all. Contacted customer service by email since they do not let you get a hold of an actual person on the phone and of course it is out of "warranty" and I have to take it to someone else to fix. This item hasn't been used very much for it not to work and then for me to have to pay out of pocket to fix. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THROUGH THIS COMPANY! They sell *** stuff. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
