Firstly the customer service is crap. They’re no help at all and when things go wrong they have zero answers. I had bought three months of spray tans. And literally every time the sunless tans come out splotchy. I did the primer, the moisturizer, blah, blah, blah. Yet nothing was working. I have been to many tanning companies and I can honestly say UltraTan is the worst place I’ve been to. I just went in to give the spray tans one last shot, when everything went to {{redacted}}. The tan is supposed to come out as a mist but instead squirted out in chunks ALL OVER my face and body. Now half of my face and body is terribly blotchy and won’t come out. I look terrible. And what do you know, customer service has zero answers for me! And won’t even give me a refund. So now I’m paying extra to get this *** off and pay for there *** up. Needless to say, I’m livid.
