Terrible flavor

My husband absolutely loves your cheesy baked crackers, so I bought the BBQ and the Tabasco and he only ate a few. These new products are in our opinion not up to the Ritz standards. Can I get a couple of coupons for 2 free bags to offset this bad experience. I'm submitting a photo of a bag with chips, usually there would be nothing left. Thank you Pamela Leuck
