Driving down the 8W and the on medium low traffic. I was in the far right lane getting ready to get off on waring rd. Frito lay driver decided he needed to get over. Maybe 8 feet in front of me while I was going faster than him. Driver just moves over, no blinker no warning. I had to slow and move to the side of the road because if I had hit my breaks to hard the person behind me may have rammed me.
