Purchased complete out door dinning set ,first no hardware and when opened box one chair bent. Trying to get a clear answer on what you should do in this situation is zero. 650 dollar purchase and all you get is passed from person to person with no clear path to a solution. I only have one chair that is damaged out of six , so they want me to return four chairs to a carrier without replacements or receipt . I am confused why cant I return the one chair for one chair in return at store level.
