My phone calls started on Monday 05/24; my inquiry was regarding EyeMed coverage thru AARP. Does my spouse have coverage and what are the discounts? Called placed on hold, agent comes back to the line one moment please and she transfer me. New agent answers never identifying his/herself. I asked my question, you need to speak with UHC. Wait a minute I was just transferred to you. Please hold Im transferred again blindly. Third agent clueless, she transferred me back to EyeMed. I hung and tried again Wednesday, I needed a break madness User's recommendation: Not at all.
