Thought I would never have to make such remarks; however The Woodland Hills office is FREAKING RIDICULOUS, RUDE, UNSATISFYING team of people that really need a job without compassion for people. I've been traveling with CBE for many years and recently had serveral bad experiences. 1st I booked a trip in April for a June San Diego trip to be told unavailable and to pick alternate destination...convinced to go to Lake Tahoe complied and it was TERRIBLE promised a resort setting and Im not sure So today I called to pick Orlando trip for October and again unavailable. Spoke with Julio, manager on duty to request an alternate location.. he stated my money could be refunded and this without assistance. To make this experience the worst is the trip was for my kids to the theme park Really unsure how to fix this mess and CBE DID NOT ATTEMPT TO HELP AT ALL. HATE THIS PLACE
