The absolute WORST customer service imaginable. Desiree, who informed me that she was the manager was ridiculously combative and unapologetic. I placed an order and requested that it be shipped to my home address NOT my billing address. She literally called me a liar. I have emailed proof that this was requested several times and proof that I called several times before the order was shipped as well but was ignored. They were very quick to send emails in regards to payment though. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! I will never receive my merchandise and they could care less. User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
