Terrible customer service/high bills

Our town gave Comcast the monopoly here. We cant even go to another WiFi provider because of lobbying. I called Comcast in June 9 to lower my WiFi gigs and lower my bill. It dropped my bill from 156.00 to 99.00 per month. I even signed off on the new lower amount. My next bill reflected the lower amount. Then my July bill came in adding the previously dropped amount and upped my bill even more.156.00 User's recommendation: Stay away from Comcast. Bills continue to go up and customer service goes down.
