This was the worst buying experience my husband and I have ever had in trying to purchase something. After reaching a price deal and receiving the dealer sheet we were contacted by their finance dept. NEVER was it mentioned or did we agree to finance with the dealership. When they found out that we had an excellent interest rate with our credit union they said our deal was only contingent on financing with them. We were unable to get a sales manager to return our call for a day and a half. Finally reached the general manager that tried to convince us that financing with them for a longer term but by making double monthly payments would be half the interest rate we would be financing for. Do they really think that we can't use an amortization calculator online. That was the final straw and we changed dealerships. I hope this helps someone in finding a trustworthy dealership. I don't know how this could not be illegal. I have worked in the public for 29 years plus my husband and I own two businesses. We have had the same customers for 40 years by remembering how to provide good customer service.
