Terrible Customer Service / ERRORS IN PRODUCT PACKAGIING

Ordered patio furniture set (April 22)...they packaged the love seat with two left sides (instead of a left and right side). Called several times to correct this and have right side of love seat sent. CS continued to give me a different ship date. Continued to send wrong product again...wasn't anywhere near the same love seat. June 13--bad customer service...they just wanted to get me off the phone. I asked "Do you guys have this love seat in stock". Put me on hold and came back and stated NO. Now I have two chairs and no matching love seat! Pathetic customer service. No offer to resolve problem. I asked for my money back on the loveseat.
