Terrible customer service and quality

I made a purchase recently from Coastal passion for a turtle towel. the arrival was very late. the quality was far less than what was described. I complain to customer service they promised a refund but that never came. in the meantime I finally received the product but was not happy at all. steer clear it is Chinese crap.
