I received my order after a long wait 1st of all. 2nd it was an incomplete order. 3rd the measurements given didn't match the order at all. 4th I tried several times to get some resolution by email. None were responded to. 5th I was forced to call and deal with their *** phone customer service robots. Of course like so many they couldn't help me after a long back and forth. Then came the supervisor with an attitude. He was rude from the start and the regular representative named Robert did not fill the rude supervisor in on the issues I brought up at all!! But no matter because the supervisor with attitude wasn't interested in helping me. I wish I could give his name but he would not give me his name?? Never had that happen but maybe he knew he was acting like a jerk. One other problem is because the order was not complete they sent something I didn't order nor did I want. I assumed it was a gift to placate me until they could complete the order. Well they ended up charging me for that gift!!! Lastly I think was after return they went into detail how I had opened it??? I admit I opened it to inspect the items but didn't get far until I realized I wanted to send it back. Obviously I do not have superman eyes so there has to be a certain amount of opening! It was wrapped and packed exactly as I had received it. Probably only had it out of box for 5 minutes and then put it back in box and started the harder then it should of been return. Also as a side note the no name supervisor called me some very derogatory names as we were hanging up. As well as charging me for the gift they made me pay for shipping too. What a low customer service IQ company.
