Do not buy a spa from LPI Catalina. I ordered a spa 13 months ago and was told it would take 5 months to deliver. OK, popular item, I understood. I waited 6 months. Called the company. Told there was a delay, my delivery would be April 2021. OK. Called again in April. Once again, promised without fail delivery in July. NO SPA. The company has never contacted me. Not once. If you order a spa from LPI Catalina you are a fool and wasting your time.Stay AwayS User's recommendation: Don't do business with LPI Catalina.
